The Camden men – Kamau Bradshaw, 22, and Paul Rogers, 30 – were involved in nine robberies or attempted robberies between August 30 and September 14, 2021, according to the New Jersey U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The thefts occurred in Bridgeton, Brooklawn, Haddon Township, Pennsauken and Vineland.

“At each gas station, at least one member of the conspiracy brandished what appeared to be an assault weapon in order to threaten the attendant,” the federal prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

The thieves, who took cash and cigarettes, carjacked a motorist in Philadelphia to drive to some gas stations, according to the release.

Bradshaw was sentenced Tuesday to nine years in federal prison. Rogers was sentenced to more than 15 years in August.

They previously pleaded guilty in Camden federal court to individual counts of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed carjackings , indicates the press release.

In the other case, Jared Stanley, 32, is awaiting sentencing for violent robberies over two weeks in January and February.

He allegedly beat his victims with a gun and took between $500 and $550 for each robbery committed in the Kensington neighborhood.

Stanley pleaded guilty Oct. 11 to three counts of Hobbs Act robbery and weapons offenses in federal court in Philadelphia.

He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of seven years in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced on January 29, 2025.
