The 20-year-old woman who made a formal complaint to Western Australia Police about Filly was allegedly partying at Bar1 nightclub in Perth on September 27, according to court documents.

Filly, real name Andres Felipe Valence Barrientos, was the guest artist at the same club that night.

The university student was with a friend in the VIP section until the early hours of the next day.

She allegedly drank all night, according to court documents.

Once Filly stopped performing and the club began to close, the young woman reportedly met the social media star.

The two men are then believed to have returned to a hotel room together.

The alleged victim then claims she was sexually assaulted and raped in the room on September 28.

The woman phoned her friend at around 5.31am – which detectives believe was immediately after the alleged assault, according to Perth Magistrates Court documents seen by MailOnline.

Seamus Rafferty, Yung Filly’s lawyer, says the woman did not mention any form of sexual misconduct in the short conversation.

WA officers launched a investigation in the allegations after the alleged victim filed a complaint.

They then charged Filly with four counts of rape, three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of obstructing the woman’s breathing or normal circulation by applying pressure to her neck.

Prosecutors say they have an “extremely strong” case, including CCTV footage confirming Filly was with the alleged victim.

The court heard the 20-year-old woman was seen leaving a venue with Filly as investigators tried to determine the exact location.

Initial reports indicate it was filmed the same night, meaning it will likely take place outside Bar1 nightclub.

Additional footage then shows the woman leaving alone from another building which may be the hotel where the alleged offenses took place.

Washington Police Prosecutor Julius Depetro says that despite the video, the problem lies in finding out “what happened in that room.”

He also claims prosecutors have photographs of the alleged victim that show a “history of what we are saying, these are acts of violence.”

Mr Depetro told the court that “no ordinary person could consent” to what the footage would show.

He was seen speaking to guests at the nightclub hours before his alleged victim claimed she had been sexually assaulted and raped.

The prosecutor also claims that another witness is actively monitored by the police.

Filly was charged with eight serious counts earlier this month and was released on bail under strict conditions by Magistrate Tanya Watt.

He won AUD100,000 (£51,000), is banned from leaving the state and must report to Perth police station daily.

A second hearing is not expected to begin until December, with the trial potentially expected to last up to two years for the British musician.

His lawyer Rafferty confirmed that Filly had managed to find a house in Perth where he is expected to stay during the following six months until the second hearing.

Mr Rafferty said his client “will have to lead a fairly quiet existence for a while”.

The internet star was quickly dropped by several brands and companies following the allegations.

FootAsylum, the Football Association (FA), Heinz and ASOS are among the biggest names to part ways with the internet personality.

One of Filly’s closest friends and fellow YouTuber Chunkz, real name Amin Mohamed, spoke out about the affair for the first time last week.

In a clip posted to Instagram, he said: “Like everyone else, I heard the news coming out of Australia.

“While I understand that many of you want my reaction to this, as this is an ongoing legal matter, I hope you understand that I cannot and will not make public comments to this topic, so yeah, I just came here to basically, I’ll tell you the reasons why I can’t like.

The two worked together on their podcast The Chunkz and Filly Show and were due to host a live show last week.

The show was quickly axed as organizers Troxy offered refunds to ticket holders.

It comes as The Sun spoke to a mother who accused Yung Filly of breaking her terminally ill son’s heart after he failed to keep a promise he made to the youngster.

The YouTuber told 12-year-old Mason Greaves he was there to “support” him and challenged him to a game of Fortnite in a video.

But mother Kelly Greaves claims the rapper instead ghosted her sick son and at one point even told him to “shut up.”
