Viral video: Teen forced to lick shoes in Madhya Pradesh after scuffle during Dussehra procession, 4 booked

Four people were arrested for allegedly forcing a 17-year-old boy to lick one of their shoes and then kicking him in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhatarpur, an official said on Wednesday.

The incident took place in Chhatrasal Nagar area of ​​Chhatarpur city on Tuesday. According to Valmiki Choube, in-charge of Civil Line police station, the case was filed based on the complaint of the victim, a class 11 student, and his family. The FIR was registered under sections 296 (obscene act) and 115 (2) (causing hurt to any person) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS).

The victim said she was beaten and forced to lick the shoes of one of the accused. This followed an altercation during a Dussehra procession. Video of the incident shows the boy licking the shoes and then being kicked in the face.

The police are currently searching for the accused.
