Photos: Junior firefighter exchange sends teens from New York to Germany

The NCJFA would like to thank the Haverlah Fire Department and surrounding departments, all locations in Germany that supported the program, the German Red Cross for all the food, all Nassau County fire organizations and departments, NVFC, FASNY, all attendants, Chief Quinn for introducing the following two participating organizations and departments: Baldwin, Bellmore, East Rockaway, East Norwich, Elmont, Farmingdale, Garden City, Hewlett, Manhasset-Lakeville, New Hyde Park, Plainview, Valley Stream , Wantagh and Westbury. Without their support and belief in the program, NCJFA would never have been able to have such a successful program. Building on the resounding success of this program, the association is excited about its next adventure.
