Two Wisconsin teens arrested for underage drinking, driver booked for fourth offense OWI

MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Madison police officers initiated a traffic stop late Monday evening, which resulted in three arrests.

According to the incident report, the first stop occurred because people were seen throwing glass bottles out of the vehicle.

The suspect vehicle was stopped on E. Washington Ave. shortly before midnight. All people in the vehicle were reportedly drunk.

The driver, Marco Gonzalez Ramirez, 29, of Middleton, was arrested for his fourth OWI offense, and two 19-year-old passengers were arrested for the following:
