Videos of the massive fight have gone viral since last night on the web.

This happened on Via Ascensione, in the Chiaia district, where the central police unit – alerted by 112 – intervened following reports of a large fight. When the police arrived, almost everyone had dispersed, but 6 teenagers aged 13 to 16, all from good families and wearing black hooded sweatshirts, were arrested on the spot. Identified thanks to surveillance images, they were linked to the incident and reported at large to the Naples Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, before being returned to their respective parents.

Investigations are underway to identify the other teenagers. According to a first hypothesis under study, the two groups, belonging to two different schools of “Napoli bene”had made an appointment.
