Description

RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) is an AmeriCorps Senior program with VANTAGE Aging. We connect volunteers ages 55 and older with opportunities to serve their community. As the nation’s largest senior volunteer network, RSVP connects volunteers with organizations where their time, interests, talents, knowledge and experience are used most effectively to meet the important needs of our community. Our main goals are to help in these areas;
– Nutrition and dietary support
– Company of elderly people
– Adult education and employment
– Other Community Priorities

As an RSVP volunteer, you will receive:

• Volunteer hours counted and recognized nationally
• Free additional liability insurance during volunteering
• Free recognition events, incentives and opportunities to socialize with other volunteers RSVP
• Free in-person and/or virtual training
