Super Retail accused of bullying and victimization by former employee

A former executive and self-proclaimed whistleblower suing Super Retail Group over her dismissal said she suffered suicidal thoughts and felt victimized by the company after making an announcement to the ASX which she feared would lead to her identification, according to Federal Court documents.

Amelia Berczelly was co-secretary of the company with her colleague Rebeca Farrell who is also suing the retailer over an alleged settlement gone wrong.
