Man pleads guilty to identity theft charges in Lehman Township

LEHMAN TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The man accused of impersonating a police officer in Lehman Township has pleaded guilty to the charges against him.

Officials say Paul Dolan pleaded guilty Monday to receiving stolen property and impersonating a public servant in December 2023.

Two people arrested, retail theft leads to police chase

Authorities say he pretended to answer the calls and stole police equipment from his possession.

He was arrested last December.

His sentencing is set for December 12.
