Henderson fled a traffic stop at 90th and Lake Street just before 9 p.m. on May 27, and police chased him to an apartment near 104th Plaza and Hamilton Street.

According to court documents, Henderson ran inside the apartment and a woman ran out. She told police that two children, ages 3 and 7, were inside. Henderson refused to leave or let the children leave, so a SWAT team entered the apartment to take him into custody, which he resisted. No one was injured during the incident.

Henderson is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 16.
