Video Appearing to Show Destruction of Election Ballots Was Fabricated, Bucks DA Says | Southeastern Pennsylvania

YARDLEY, Pa. – A video appearing to show the destruction of ballots was fabricated in an attempt to undermine confidence in the upcoming election, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

The DA’s office says so and the Yardley Borough Police Department was aware of the video. The prosecutor’s office says it is in contact with the FBI, which will try to find the source of the fabricated video.

“We would like to thank the public and the County Board of Elections for bringing this issue to our attention. The Bucks County Prosecutor’s Office will not tolerate any voter suppression, intimidation or fraud,” the prosecutor’s office said.
