Farmer’s Shocking Allegations Against Retired Cop and His Son: Cheating and Threats |

Lucknow: An FIR was lodged by one Ram Prakash at Gudamba police station in Lucknow against Ram Vishal Yadav, a retired police officer, and his son, Alok Yadav. Both are residents of Adil Nagar, Kursi Road, and are accused of cheating Ram Prakash, who describes himself as a simple and illiterate farmerwith a large sum of money.
According to Ram Prakash’s allegations in the FIR, the Yadavs manipulated him into creating a fraudulent partnership to establish a fuel pumpThey approached him with a proposal to set up a gas station, convincing him to provide land near Kursi Road. In exchange, they promised him a 51% share of the profits and encouraged him to invest financially in the company.
Ram Prakash, in his FIR, alleged that he unknowingly signed a partnership agreement, considering it legitimate. He entrusted the Yadavs with around Rs 7 lakh, savings meant for his daughter’s marriage, on the pretext that he would become a direct partner of Indian Oil Corporation after six months. However, after he made his financial contribution, he claims the Yadavs took full control of the petrol pump and denied him his share of the profits.
On confronting them, Ram Prakash was threatened with dire consequences. He also claims he was misled into signing a long-term rental agreement as part of their scheme. Despite numerous complaints filed with the Gudamba police station and senior officials, no action was taken. Frustrated, Ram Prakash moved to court.
SHO Gudamba, NK Srivastava said an FIR was registered against Ram Vishal Yadav and his son Alok Yadav on charges of BNS 316 (2) (breach of trust), 318 (4) (cheating), 351 (2) (criminal intimidation) and 336 (2) (counterfeiting).
