Two teens injured in single-vehicle rollover near Kimball, Minn. – West Central Tribune

KIMBALL — Two Dassel teenagers were injured in a single-vehicle crash reported Wednesday evening in Meeker County.

According to a Minnesota State Patrol accident report, Owen Lewis Christopherson, 17, and Erik Quentin Rigger, 16, suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash south of Kimball.

Both were transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital in Litchfield for treatment.

According to the report, Christopherson was driving a 2007 Nissan Maxima northbound on Minnesota Highway 15 when the vehicle rolled near mile marker 129. Road conditions were dry at the time of the crash, reported around 5:26 p.m. Wednesday in Canton Township. Kingston.

The State Patrol said both teens were wearing seat belts and alcohol was not a factor in the crash.

The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office, Watkins Ambulance and Kimball Fire Department assisted the Minnesota State Patrol at the scene.
