Man found shot to death in Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning in the 4100 block of Garrison Avenue.

Officers arrived on scene around 2:41 a.m. and found an unidentified man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment, according to police.

Northwest District detectives are leading the investigation. No further details about the victim or suspect have been released at this time.

    Officers responded to the 8800 block of Center Park Drive around 9:10 p.m., where they found two male victims, ages 17 and 16, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

  • One dead, another injured in shooting on Madison Street in Lower Manhattan

    NEW YORK – A man was killed and another injured in a shooting Saturday evening in Lower Manhattan, police said. Officers responded to a 911 call around 7:14 p.m. reporting an assault near Madison Street and Saint James Place in the 5th Precinct.

    When police arrived on scene, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. A man, whose identity has not yet been released, was shot in the neck. A second man, aged 30, was shot in the lower body. Both men were transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue.

    The man with a gunshot wound to the neck was pronounced dead at the hospital after being listed in critical condition. The victim, aged 30, remains in stable condition, according to police.

    No arrests have been made and the investigation continues. Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
