Kanye West Hired ‘Fixer’ to Investigate Kardashians, Private Detectives to Track Bianca Censori: Lawsuit

Kanye West is being sued by a former employee who claims he was hired to help spy on the Kardashians, the rapper’s wife Bianca Censori, and other allegedly illegal requests.

In a complaint filed Thursday in Los Angeles and obtained by Page Six, a Michigan-based man identified only as John Doe claims West was first hired as a deputy campaign manager around December 2022.

However, he claims his role later shifted to director of intelligence, which would have required Doe to conduct “various investigations” into lawyers, people who prosecuted West – and those close to him.

“John Doe was also assigned by Ye to investigate the Kardashian family and the various alleged criminal ties Ye believed to have with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking,” the complaint alleges.

Doe was required to “hire private investigators to track and ‘follow’ his wife, Bianca Censori, as she traveled alone to visit family in Australia” without the model’s knowledge or consent, the suit also claims.

Page Six reached out to representatives for the Kardashians and Censori but did not receive a response.

West and Censori married in a secret ceremony in December 2022.

Rumors swirled earlier this week that the two were on the verge of divorce, but the couple was then seen shopping in Tokyo on Tuesday, debunking any split rumors.

Kim Kardashian, for her part, was married to West from 2014 until they finalized their divorce in November 2022. They share four children: North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5 years.

Aside from the claims about Kardashian and Censori, Doe also makes an explosive claim that the Yeezy founder is addicted to nitrous oxide.

The complaint alleges that in May 2024, around the time West got his $850,000 “fixed and permanent” titanium teeth, he allegedly began using nitrous oxide, which caused “erratic behavior”.

This claim reiterates what West’s former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, claimed in August via X.

He claimed at the time that dentist Thomas Connelly got the “I Wonder” rapper addicted to the chemical compound, also known as laughing gas.

A representative for the dentist told TMZ in response that the claims were “not only factually incorrect, but also intentionally misleading.”

However, later that month, Yiannopoulos posted texts from a group chat with West and Connelly, in which the dentist appeared to agree to giving the Chateau Marmont music star nitrous oxide.

Connelly has not publicly addressed the texts or responded to Page Six’s previous request for comment.

In Doe’s lawsuit, the “fixer” alleges that West asked him to “keep him in the loop” both internationally and domestically, manage nondisclosure agreements and clean up the mess of “Runaway” rappers when he allegedly lost expensive cars or failed to make it. pay people for their services.

Doe’s employment was terminated after he learned of the alleged abuse that allegedly took place at West’s Donda Academy, told other Yeezy executives about the allegations, and was allegedly harassed for it. .

The former intelligence director claims the “Power” rapper called him shortly afterward and allegedly shouted, “‘You’re fucking dead to me'” and played “creepy vocals that threatened to harm Doe,” according to the suit. .

“The stress and trauma caused by the threats, hostile work environment, and plaintiff’s exposure to illegal and unethical activities seriously affected his mental health and emotional well-being,” the complaint alleges. .

“Plaintiff suffered panic attacks, anxiety, and severe emotional distress, leading him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.”

Doe’s attorney, Ron Zambrano, partner and chairman of employment litigation at West Coast Employment Lawyers, adds in a statement to Page Six: “Our client is so afraid of Ye and his erratic, disturbing and unpredictable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own account. security.

“It is not only illegal but unconscionable for an employer to threaten an employee with bodily harm or death. »

The lawyer, referring to other lawsuits filed by several former employees against West, adds: “You are only responsible for his growing legal problems.”

“He simply cannot continue to hire employees, treat them horribly, and then refuse to pay them in violation of numerous labor laws, much less threaten to kill them as he did in this matter.”

Doe is suing for retaliation, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress and multiple labor code violations. He claims he is owed wages for the pay periods during which he worked full-time, without compensation.
