Washington, D.C. – A dramatic night in Northeast D.C. ended with the arrest of four suspects involved in a shooting during an attempted carjacking.

On Monday, October 14, at approximately 11:16 p.m., the suspects approached a victim in the 1200 block of H Street, Northeast, and attempted to steal their vehicle. During the confrontation, one of the suspects fired a handgun, hitting the victim. The suspects fled, while the victim was transported to an area hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening.

Thanks to the quick action of Real Time Crime Center investigators and the MPD helicopter, Falcon One, the suspects’ vehicle was located in the Fifth District. Officers responded to the scene and arrested the four suspects without incident.

The suspects were identified as Andrew Williams, 18, of Hyattsville, Maryland, an unnamed 16-year-old male from Southwest DC, Anardo Little, 18, and another unnamed 16-year-old male from Northwest DC.
