Michelle Obama to join Kamala Harris at West Michigan stop

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WILX) – Former First Lady Michelle Obama will join Vice President Kamala Harris at a rally in Michigan.

The two will be in Kalamazoo for a “Get Out The Vote” rally in Kalamazoo on Saturday, October 26.

This will be Michelle Obama’s first event on the Harris-Walz campaign trail.

On Tuesday, President Barack Obama stopped in Detroit to support Harris. Detroit native Marshall Mathers, better known as Eminem, introduced the 44th president to the crowd at the Huntington Center.

Saturday also marks the first day of early voting in Michigan.

At the rally, Michelle Obama and Vice President Harris are expected to work to build enthusiasm and mobilize voters to vote.
