Kanye West sued for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting his ex-assistant during a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs

Kanye West’s ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta claims in an explosive lawsuit that she was drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a studio session with her ex-boss and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The model alleges in an amended complaint obtained by Page Six on Saturday that during the session in Santa Monica, California, she was given a drink “containing an unidentified drug.”

She claims it was West, 47, who ordered the drink to be served and that after taking a few sips, she “started to feel disoriented.”

Pisciotta began feeling disoriented and “less in control of her body and speech,” according to the complaint filed Oct. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court, California.

The next morning, she says she felt terrible and had “huge shame” – but still didn’t know all the details.

Pisciotta, who sued West earlier this year for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, claimed she didn’t learn what allegedly happened to her until the night of the studio session “much later.”

She alleges that the Yeezy founder admitted to her that they “kind of hooked up once,” referring to the night she was allegedly drugged, according to the complaint.

West was reportedly married at the time the alleged assault took place. He and Kim Kardashian married in 2014 and settled their divorce in 2022.

West’s wife, who was not named in the complaint, allegedly accused him of having sex with Pisciotta, prompting him to confess to what allegedly happened during the studio session .

“On this day, until this conversation and the revelations of the true facts and actions taken that night, the complainant did not know or believe that she had been sexually assaulted that night, because the “Plaintiff only thought she had been drugged by a studio assistant, which probably embarrassed her and then took the blame,” the complaint adds.

The ex-assistant felt “disgusted and numb” by West’s alleged revelation and reportedly knew at that point that she had to stop working for the “Power” rapper.

However, according to the complaint, she should have been “extremely careful” in how she distanced herself because she believed she would be “silenced, blacklisted and subjected to retaliation.”

Pisciotta was reportedly fired shortly afterward. She claims in her complaint, initially filed in June, that she never received the $3 million in severance she was allegedly owed.

In the filing, the OnlyFans model also spoke about allegedly receiving vulgar texts from West on multiple occasions.

“See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how good she was fucked while I fuck them. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one of the alleged messages read.

Pisciotta also claimed to have received intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy employees – “men and women” – from West.

Additionally, she claimed to have seen the “Gold Digger” rapper masturbating next to her before falling asleep. He also reportedly became angry with her for stopping his advances to “date or have sex” with him.

West’s lawyers previously called Pisciotta’s allegations “baseless,” alleging to Page Six in June that the model pursued the “Runaway” rapper “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.”

The lawyers also claimed that Pisciotta then blackmailed West when “his advances were rejected.”

“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole her cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” they continued.

“She was fired for lack of qualifications, for demanding unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million), and for numerous documented incidents of her lascivious and unhinged conduct.”

Page Six reached out to West’s rep for comment on the new allegations in the amended complaint, but did not immediately receive a response. Representatives for Combs also did not respond to our inquiries.
