Shocking new footage captures the moment a roving group of teenagers and two city housing authority employees allegedly brutally beat former New York Governor David Paterson and his stepson in the Big Apple.

Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa, whose son Anthony Chester Sliwa is Paterson’s stepson, posted shocking footage of the Oct. 4 attack on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“I am disgusted to see two adults protesting their innocence after attacking a 20-year-old man and a 70-year-old man who are legally blind,” Sliwa wrote Wednesday. “If a former governor can’t even be safe from violence, no one is safe. Too many families in #NYC have seen a loved one victimized by violence.”

“He is still recovering from being badly beaten to the ground, while he stood his ground alongside Governor Paterson who is also recovering,” the elder Sliwa wrote.

He has always sided with the criminals against the victims,” he continued. “Let’s see how this goes to the grand jury…it’s a litmus test. If (Alvin Bragg) doesn’t defend Paterson, a lifelong friend and politician who rose through the ranks of the Democratic Party with him, who will he defend?
