Kanye West sued by ex-assistant for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting him at Diddy party

Controversial rapper Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) is being sued by a former aide, who accuses him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party. The incident occurred during a studio session Ye co-hosted with Diddy.

In a new complaint, Lauren Pisciotta, who worked with Ye as an assistant from 2021 to 2022, accused West of sexually assaulting her.

In a new lawsuit filed Oct. 8 in Los Angeles County Court, the influencer revealed gruesome details about Ye and Diddy’s party.

In the filing, Pisciotta alleges that years before working with the rapper, she was invited to a studio session in Santa Monica, California. At the party, she said, “drinks were served to the other attendees, followed by an announcement that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay.”

During the game, she allegedly accused the rapper of drugging her. In the complaint, she said the drink she was served at West’s request was “laced with an unidentifiable drug” and that after a few small sips, she began to become disoriented.

“As the plaintiff began to sink into an altered and severely weakened state, she felt less in control of her body and her speech, and this is where the plaintiff’s memories of that night slipped from her grasp.” we read in the new complaint.

In the complaint, she further alleges that the next day she woke up “feeling physically ill and confused.” She wasn’t able to remember what happened to her after drinking.

Pisciotta found out she had been physically assaulted by the rapper years later when she met the rapper again and he brought up the night they first met.

During the conversation, the rapper told Pisciotta that they “kind of connected once,” referring to the role.

“Until that moment, just before this conversation, the plaintiff (Pisciotta) was unaware that she had been subjected to gender-based violence and sexual assault during this studio party by KANYE WEST aka YE,” can -we read in the document.

In a new complaint, she listed Sean as a co-host of the event, without accusing the Grammy winner of any serious accusations. Sean is currently behind bars for sex trafficking and racketeering.

In June, Pisciotta sued the rapper for sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

Ye has not yet responded to this new complaint.
