Kanye West’s ex-assistant sues him over Diddy Studio session

A former assistant to Kanye West is suing the rapper/producer for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting her during a session at Diddy’s studio.

Lauren Pisciotta alleges in her complaint, filed Oct. 8 in California Superior Court in Los Angeles, that she was given a drink “containing an unidentified drug” while working for West.

She says West ordered the drink to be served, but Diddy is still named in the suit for allegedly “co-hosting” the studio session.

Pisciotta said she felt “disoriented” and “less in control of her body and speech” after drinking the concoction according to the complaint.

She said she woke up the next day with “tremendous shame” but couldn’t remember what happened the night before.

Pisciotta sued West earlier this year for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, but didn’t remember what allegedly happened until “much later.”

She claims West admitted to her that they “kind of hooked up once,” a reference to the night in question.

West was married to Kim Kardashian at the time and she allegedly accused West of having an affair with Pisciotta, which led to his confession.

The complaint states: “Up until that day, until this conversation and the revelations of the true facts and actions taken that night, Plaintiff did not know or believe that she had been sexually assaulted that that night because the plaintiff only thought she had been drugged by a studio assistant. probably embarrassed herself and then took the blame.

Pisciotta would have ended shortly after. In the complaint she filed in June, she claims she never received the $3 million in severance she was allegedly owed.

The woman also exposed some of West’s alleged texts, one of which allegedly read: “See my problem is I want to f### but then after I f### I want a girl to f### me say how f##### she’s been while I’m f###### them. Then I want her to cheat on me.

She claims she saw West pleasuring himself next to her before passing out and that he became angry with her for stopping advances to “date or have sex” with him.

West’s lawyers previously dismissed Pisciotta’s allegations as “baseless” and said she was in fact using her sexuality “to coerce into employment and other material benefits.”

They say Pisciotta then tried to blackmail West when “his advances were rejected.”

“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole her cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” they wrote. “She was fired for lack of qualifications, for demanding unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million), and for numerous documented incidents of her lascivious and unhinged conduct.”
