Yamhill County crash kills woman, injures 3

A two-vehicle collision in Yamhill County left one driver dead Thursday and injured three occupants of the second vehicle, authorities said.

Lois Eileen Osborne, 53, of Gaston, died shortly after noon Thursday on Oregon 47 near mile marker 30. Police said she was driving south when she missed a turn and struck a pickup truck .

Three occupants of the truck, including two boys aged 9 and 7, were injured and taken for medical evaluation. The driver was believed to be seriously injured, Oregon State Police said.
