Woman pleads to court to order ex to stop visiting her to beg Gbenshing

Wahalarrrrr!!!!!

A woman, Amina Rabiu, on Tuesday pleaded with a Sharia court sitting in Magajin Gari, Kaduna State, to order her ex-husband, Tahir Usman, to stop visiting her at her home.

The mother of three told the court that the accused divorced her three months ago following a misunderstanding.
She noted that the divorce was the second divorce since their marriage, so she prayed the court to uphold both pronunciations of divorce and prevent him from coming to visit her to ask for sex.

“He usually comes to my house and decides to sleep with me after the divorce. I want this honorable court to intervene and warn him to stay away from me,” she said.
“I want the court to grant me custody of our children and force him to assume his responsibilities as a father,” she prayed.

For his part, the accused, represented by his lawyer, Muhammad Garba, declared: “my client has only pronounced one divorce on the complainant and that was a long time ago”.
He added that the complainant remarried after the divorce and later divorced her second husband before returning to her client.

Judge Anas Khalifa asked the complainant if she had any witnesses to testify in her favor and she replied yes.
He adjourned the matter until October 29 so that the complainant could present her witnesses.
