Designed with Marc Fornes, founder of New York architecture studio THEVERYMANY, the restaurant was created with the future of travel in mind. Think streamlined design, sleek, curved interiors, decadent red accents, gold hues, and leather goods scattered throughout. Look for aviation-themed additions to the brand’s Objets Nomades collection, like a flock of birds flying across the ceiling.

Cyril Lignac, famous French chef and owner of Bar des Prés in London and Paris, was hired to create the food. The menu offers elegant dishes designed for any time of day, from breakfast dishes such as eggs royale and freshly baked croissants to crab salads, croque monsieur, lobster rolls and a selection of Louis Vuitton pastries . For those looking to start their vacation in luxury, this is the perfect place for a pre-flight feast in sophisticated surroundings.

This is not Louis Vuitton’s first foray into airports, however. In 2023, the brand opened an airport lounge in Doha in collaboration with celebrity chef Yannick Alléno and Qatar Duty Free. Located on the upper level of the translucent recycled plastic pod that houses the Louis Vuitton boutique in the central hall, it is adjacent to the Al Mourjan – The Garden business lounge. The Louis Vuitton Lounge benefits from natural light, green spaces and the microclimate of the orchard, the lobby’s indoor tropical garden, with the relaxing sound of a distant water feature drowning out the dull hum of airport announcements.
