After a teenage girl reported being sexually assaulted by a 76-year-old man, two adults came forward and told police the same man assaulted them years ago, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed before the Superior Court.

Reynaldo D. Acierto was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony.

Last week, a 15-year-old girl told police she was sleeping in a house in Dededo when she woke up to the feeling of someone removing the blanket from her and touching her buttocks through her clothing, according to the complaint.

She said Acierto, who she knows, grabbed his belt as if to take off his clothes, turned around and pretended to be asleep. She said Acierto stopped touching her and she saw him leave the room.

A woman in her 20s told police that Acierto sexually assaulted her when she was about 10, although she never disclosed the incident. She said she was sleeping and woke up to Acierto rubbing her chest, according to the complaint.

A man, also in his 20s, told police he was 12 and was washing dishes when Acierto began playing with his earlobe. When he turned around, Acierto reached out and grabbed the boy’s penis, according to the complaint. The boy yelled at Acierto and an argument ensued.

Police arrested Acierto.
